Hello, August

I just flipped my desk calendar to August (a day late) and this adorable little guy greeted me. Tree pose is one of my favorites, especially extended. It's a great one midday at work to regroup and refocus your energy.

Happy August! And, happy birthday to my father-in-law, Tom! He's a swell guy.
